Sarah Jasinski

Psychologist, PhD
Dr. Jasinski earned her degree in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University in Kent, OH. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Syracuse VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY and her post-doctoral fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
She has training in evidence-based psychotherapies to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment problems, and relationship difficulties, among other issues. Dr. Jasinski specializes in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Dr. Jasinski strives to create a therapeutic environment where emotional concerns are approached with respect, collaboration, and a non-judgmental stance. She believes trust is essential in the therapeutic relationship for clients to feel safe and supported in working towards treatment goals and improving their quality of life.
